Honda civic ek 1.6 VTEC

I'm looking to get rid of my very loved 1.6
Vtec honda civic, iv had a full re spray candy (baby soft) blue and black, its got a buddie club exhausts, anti role bar and has been striped in the back( still have back seats and seat belts, I have 15" black bbs replicas on it ( Lenzaz) £700 new)

ENGINE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING !!! Does run but with very load knocking noise, I do have a newer 1.6 vtec engine with only 4,000 miles and it is in a 2002 civic so would be a straight swap as every you need is with the other car if need to make it fit,

I'm looking to either sell the car as a whole for cash as it is, or sell it including the engine and what ever is needed for the engine to be fitted,

I'm up for offers for cash both ways and would also be happy to swap something in return for either or both, I have a t4 transporter lwb now and would be happy to swap for stuff related to that but try me
