Rare £1 coin

This coin is one of many coins i have collected over the years.
As you can see from the photos one face isn't cleary visable, Mostly unrecognisable from the face.
2nd face is like a normal £1 coin but has the colouring if a 1p piece.
I have classed this as rare but i believe it to be rarer than rare, as i have yet to find another anywhere, for sale and even by searching google.
So what is it worth? A coin uncommon as this isn't worth just the face value.
