Description:
Very rare Subaru Impreza Gravel Express, in mostly original un-modified condition. Thought to be one of only two black ones in the UK. Originally imported in 2004.
Engine - TD05 turbo, 3" Japspeed bellmouth decat downpipe into a Fujitsubo system with the resonators removed. Sports cat fitted to pass the MOT. 3 port boost solenoid, intake resonator replaced with stainless pipe, Samco turbo to intercooler hose, STi top mount slanty intercooler. All original parts have been kept. At the moment a rare ARC Super Intake Chamber is fitted, which sounds amazing. This may stay with the car for the right price. A new MAF was fitted not long ago to try to find a fault, but the existing unit was perfect, and will be included.
Wheels and brakes - 17" Blobeye wheels over genuine Subaru 4 pot calipers at the front, and 2 pots at the back. No squealing either!
Body - Original Mica black over silver complete with new genuine decals. Genuine STi rear lights are fitted, as are extra front spotlamps.
Interior - all original with the red stitched Nardi Torino steering wheel and gearlever. Full set of genuine mats including the tunnel cover. No rips or tears or damage anywhere. Kenwood Bluetooth CD unit fitted with uprated speakers all round.
The mileage currently stands at 123000(ish) which still reads in kilometers. This roughly works out to 76500 miles. I've got stacks of books and reciepts with it. Mostly in Japanese, but they still count! I've got boxes of spares, spare wings, glass, doors and other parts to go with it.
The bad bits - the body isn't perfect. It's an old car after all. There are a few minor dings and scratches, as to be expected. But, the worst past is the rear passenger side arch. At some point the aches have been rolled, and it cracked the paint. Rust has set in, but it's not too far gone. I can include a repair panel. The wheels could also do with a good refurb. Sadly, there's no record of the belts being changed, so i've taken that into account when pricing. There's bound to be something i've forgotten, but i've nothing to hide.
This is a chance to own a unique, unusual, and interesting version of an appreciating classic. I can give the number of my mechanic if anyone would like to ask any questions. He knows these cars very well. MOT until end of April.
I'm looking for around £3500, but i'm willing to take offers.
