Had a full straight sports exhaust fitted but was way too loud so fitted a new centre box, to quieten it down and now growls nicely.
New Gearbox fitted a few months go
New Drive Shaft fitted at same time
Full MOT (failed on bushes and a Ball Joint)
Also fitted centre box to exhaust
New cam sensor
New bushes and ball joints to front
Just had a brand-new timing belt kit and water pump fitted on the 21/8 2019 (yesterday when typing this). I also have the receipt for the old timing belt which was changed at 65k
No bumps, noises or strange squeaks or knocking, runs as sweet as a nut, no oil or water leaks whatsoever and the engine does not smoke… there is no rust that I can see or find and there are no dents in the bodywork as well as no scratches believe it or not, and unlike the piece of crap I bought before the heater works and warms up nicely now winter is on its way..
Took it to Birmingham on motorway last week used £20 quid’s worth of petrol for 180-mile round trip, so estimate 50 to 60 mpg on a run.
Tool it to Stockport and back on £15 quid so estimate around 35mpg around town…
I bought this can and I love it; it works perfectly but I buy from auctions and as it has been lowered and one auction in Stockport the road has huge bumps and holes and it takes me 20 mins to get in and out… if it was not for this simple fact I would not be selling it…. Apart from that I am nearly 60 and keep getting funny looks, like what’s that old fart doing in that car lol…
It is clean inside and all seats lower etc as they should, however I need to give it a valet before you buy and clean all the MacDonald’s boxes and coke bottles out of it (Lunch on the go… it has a lot of service history and receipts….
The exterior is excellent for its age and the interior is also very very nice apart from it needing a valet…
The first to see will buy this and be assured I have just spent 4 hours washing and polishing the exterior, which is why it looks so good in the pics…

Now the bad bit… It has a crack in the spoiler and whoever repaired this before was a moron, and they fixed a flat plate with two self-tappers on the underside then over sprayed the dam thing. I have not got around to repairing this properly as I have not got the spanner to undo it and it does not cause me any concern, but this weekend I will probably get around to it…
Apart from that you have a car that is fully functional, with a full MOT that is a head turner, just like me in the old days lol….
I guarantee you will not be disappointed and will swap or sell this car as long as the swop is as mechanically and electrically sound as this one is…did I mention it is a rare car that has had a lot of money spent on it…!

£1800 or swop with money my way, it is worth every penny.
