Golf mk3 1.8gl petrol auto

I’m selling my beloved golf mk3 1.8gl auto. Petrol.
Mileage 95,250
MOT until August
Runs great but has problems. Spent loads of money on her over the last few months.
She’s had; new disks and pads on the front, new drums, bearings, shoes and shoe fitting kit on the rear. New timing belt water pump and radiator. Rear suspension replaced with coil overs and new top mount bushes but they are really stiff so not to everyone’s taste. I have the front suspension to match but are still in the box ready to go on, just need the bushes for them. I’ve got new bearings for the front but nothing wrong with the ones that are on as of yet.
Got new window wipers both front and one for the rear, top branded. New tyres fitted less than 500 miles ago.
BAD BITS:
Head gasket went so I used dura seal, seems to be fine but not sure how long it will last. Heaters don’t blow hot air only cold. Been told that this is the vent lining.
Foam comes out the vents so this makes sense to me. Sun roof was leaking so I sealed it with silicone about 8 months ago and it’s still dry inside. Been told this could be the drainage tubes being blocked but not had chance to sort this.
