This car has had an engine conversion from its factory 1.4 to a 2.0 Turbo Astra GSI (Z20 LET) engine with a 5 speed manual F23 gearbox. The conversion has been undertaken by Vauxhall Performance Specialists to a very high standard. The engine was removed from a low mileage GSI at 75k miles. This engine has had extensive work undertaken and maintained regardless of cost. Brand new genuine parts used only whilst conducting the conversion and as part of maintenance, all receipts and paperwork present. The car has benefited from a full service only 200 miles ago, inclusive of; New filters, 10w40 Millers Oil, Iridium spark plugs, Timing belt and waterpump, new headgasket and head bolts, stem seals, aswel as brand new VXR injectors. A brand new K04 Astra VXR turbo with manifold, actuator and upgraded recirc value fitted at last service. Full Custom 2.5inch exhaust turbo back with silencer and dual exhaust tips. Large Direnza radiator with dual slimline fans and shroud. Larger Intercooler with full boost pipe and tophat kit from Nevlock. All coolant pipes have been replaced with red heavy duty silicone pipes. Bigger coolant expansion tank. Plus much much more.. Brand new Dragon Eye Euro Headlights recently imported from Germany. Bonnet raisers fitted to aid cooling. Brand new Pro sport fully adjustable coil overs, front and rear.
