I also have a handful of service history from previous owner.

I bought this van in October 2019 realising it needed a gearbox rebuild I pulled the engine and gearbox out together, rebuilding both. I replaced all gaskets/seals and anything which needed to be changed along the way. I cleaned and painted the subframe and the engine and gearbox went back in with new sachs clutch + dmf, vw cambelt, waterpump and new mounts.

I have also fitted a brand new darkside developments camshaft kit. Darkside full-size intercooler and hardpipe kit and a pp-tuning dummy decat side exit exhaust which gives the van a nice tone but isn't over the top. Also the troublesome egr has been deleted.

Over lockdown 2020 I removed everything from under the van including the fuel tank and suspension components and ground back every inch of rust (there wasn't much really) and painted with buzzweld rust encapsulater and chassis black. I have a reciept for over £400 worth of paint. While reassembling I changed all the partially rotten brake pipes, replaced brake hoses, new rear trailing arms, meyle HD drop-links and ball joints, new bushes all round. T6 top mounts and stance+ coilovers. I cleaned and painted the brake calipers fitting new disks and pads front and rear. The underneath of this van is like new.

The interior was also stripped back. Being a kombi the rear seats were removed, the floor was tidied and painted before insulation, carpet and an altro floor was fitted. Underneath I opted for moisture resistant 12mm plywood.

The rear is fitted out with the vanproject77 camper kit, the u shaped seating also makes up a decent sized bed and has plenty of storage underneath. Swivel table which can be removed.

Smev 9222 sink and hob with clean and waste water cans, gas bottle in a gas locker with drop-out vent, just kampers fridge, chinese diesel heater, led lighting and control panel all powered by the leisure battery under the passenger seat. 240v hook up under the bonnet which I've never actually used.

Full black out curtains including front cab curtain, I also have a set of black out covers for the front windows which really open the van up when you turn the captain seats around.

Ford galaxy captain seats which both swivel and both have aftermarket heat pads underneath the black covers which is a lovely treat in the winter.

Im sure there's still bits I've missed. I have a heap of pictures I'll upload as many as I can but if you'd like more please ask.

Bad bits - roof has a large amount of lacquer peel, there's also a few bits on drivers A pillar. Panel under the fuel filler cap needs tidying as does a few bits on the rear door barn doors. I have been quoted around the £500-600 to get these rectified.
The side door can sometimes be tricky to open(there's a technique).
Side windows are sealed shut as they leak.
