It has just had a freshly rebuilt gearbox by A & S Clutch Technology ( process consisted of Bigger case end (second gen case housing) New synchros
New input and gearshift bearings) so you don’t have to worry about the gearbox having any issues for the foreseeable
Just had a service consisting of new oil and oil filter
It has just had a brand new drives side driveshaft fitted as well as just having a wheel refurb in grey also having a 4 new fresh tyres fitted at the same time
It has got grooved discs front and rear as well as being having mintex pads front and back
It has got a aluminium top hat kit fitted as well as an sorted air filter and intake hose
It has got a 3 inch cobra exhaust system as well as a sports car fitted giving off a lovely sound
It has an unknown front mount intercooler system fitted
Could potential do with a remap to truly unleash the potential of the car
Unfortunately now comes to the bad points remembering that this car is now 17 years old so it’s not perfect
like any car has the outside of the car could do with some tidying up there is lacquer peel on some areas of the car, however nothing a good detailed with a polisher couldn’t fix
the front bumper is cracked and stone chipped I have been meaning to get it done but never got around to it
The interior of the car is in good condition for its age however there are some niggle bits that could do with doing on the car, leather seats are showing signs of creasing, missing gearstick plastic
Also only has part service history unfortunately
However do not let you be put off by this mechanically wise the car is in really good working order the risk of the common gearbox issues has already been rectified so that is one less worry to have
I am also still waiting for the logbook to come back however if it is sold before the logbook comes back I will discount the cost of a new logbook from the final price or send it to the new buyer as soon as I receive it
