Engine was fully rebuilt approximately 1k ago due to buying car with span shells, so sourced a low miles cthe engine (the upgrade of the cave) the only thing that’s cave is the block itself this was then rebuilt using new pistons, king race main bearings + thrust washers, new rod bearings, all new gaskets + seals, new chain kit, head cleaned and skimmed, bores deglazed assembled using Lucas assembly lube engine was ran for 300 miles then serviced then 500 miles and serviced (using millers running in oil) engine is now on main normal oil using quantum platinum oil (genuine vw oil) also fully serviced using all genuine parts from Tps genuine vw parts
