Mercedes E500 Avantgarde - 5.0 V8

Description:

A very high specification 2002 Mercedes-Benz E500 W211 Avantgarde Auto fitted with electric blind, heated/cooled seats, phone, air conditioned glove box, to name a few.

137k miles (mileage will increase), lots of service history (but some gaps), mostly Mercedes and Mercedes Specialist history.

The car has had a custom exhaust to bring out the E500's V8 and is very much a split personality car, being able to waft along in comfort racking up 100's of miles in a day or when you decide to put your foot down by delivering a hefty shove of torque in any gear.

Please note: The car has a battery warning light on at present but starts and drives great, it also has vibration from the driveshaft which is felt mostly when pulling away or on tick over, the vibration isn't really noticeable on the move and does not effect the drive of the car whatsoever.

To further note all the electric features within the car work as intended (remote boot opening, heated/cooled seats, electric rear blind) and the car has been switched from the standard electric suspension (which is prone to faults) to traditional coil spring suspension.

Reason for the sale / swap is as this is a second car for myself it simply isn't sustainable in terms of insurance, tax & fuel to keep the car without leaving it to sit, which is a shame as it's one of the nicest all round cars I've experienced.
