2006 BMW 335d Touring

I picked this up a couple of years ago and have pretty much lost interest in it now after fixing numerous things with it, I don’t have the time or patience the fix what’s left so looking for advice on pricing. Think it's on around 170-180k MOT has expired and the car is currently off the road and SORN. It is located in Salford.

New battery in the last 12 months.

Bad points
It’s had a lot of owners and even more private regs.
Pretty sure it has a leak going to the battery compartment and possibly in the front passenger side. Looks like it growing mould since it has been parked for 4-5 months now.
The rear driver's side shock or mount needs replacing since it's popped through, I think it's just the top mount but not 100% sure.
The auxiliary belt got torn up so I had it replaced and the new one has slipped off I think. So the AC/Power steering/alternator stopped working and I parked it up a few months ago now.
I think the harmonic balancer needs doing.
Paint paintwork is poor looks fine in photos but in person has quite a bit of lacquer peel.
The head unit isn’t working was partway through switching to an LCI unit which does light up and play music etc but the drive controller didn't work not sure why never got around to figuring it out since I just used a Bluetooth adapter to aux and used my phone for music, steering wheel controls work for volume etc.
The passenger wing mirror isn’t working. The wing mirror got damaged and I had a set of power mirrors that I was planning to upgrade to. I fitted the passenger side so that I had a mirror but it will need wiring adding and the driver's side fitting.

The front bumper bracket is broken and will need attention since the bumper is hanging off on one corner.

Can't run an under tray since it's too low.

Will need a new set of tyres these were fitted as a stop-gap while I sorted other stuff out currently sitting on style 95’s which are pretty curbed.

Will also include some spares and extras that I was planning to put on the car. LCI rear lights, rear boot etc.

Private Reg has already been taken off ready for the sale.
