The only negative elements are the vehicle only has 1 key and there is also some damage to the lower driver's door card (pictured) however this is not visible with the door closed so never bothered me.

This is from previous post from the last owner on the mini forums.
The car benefited from Valve stem seal replacement, new timing chain, new head gasket, new thermostat and coolant flush back in September 2019, all done by Millsy's autos, paperwork to prove.
