Ktm 250 exc tpi 2019

2019 Ktm 250 exc tpi just over 117 hours. Just had front & rear brake pads, sprocket seal, oil changed ready for new owner. Had fork seals and rear shock rebuilt approx 10 hours ago. Fan kit fitted, Radiator braces. No mot as ive not used it on road. Runs and rides perfect no issues at all any inspection welcome. Had piston and oil pump done at 100 hours but sadly no proof so take it as you like. Just not getting used enough to justify keeping. Could do with a seat cover at some point as its started to tear along the bottom and a spring for stand as it was lost on the last ride Been used for enduro pay and play days so don’t expect a showroom condition bike
