BMW R100 pro-built trike project

Description:
Pro-built trike registered as Q-reg in 1998. Based on a rebuilt BMW R100 drivetrain. Decided to do a minor refurb when the starter motor packed up, but haven't done it! Comes with two spare pairs of wheels, new replacement mudguards, front and back, plus a pair of LED rear light pods. The lighting loom has plugs for the light pods, but the pods have not yet had a plug added to their wiring.
This would be worth around £4-5K when finished. But I have to be realistic about it being a minor project.
