Full MK2 Rs turbo setup fitted/converted in August 2023 at around 123k miles (so around 5/6k miles with no power issues)

Rs wiring conversion.
Rs fuel rail & pressure sensor.
550cc injectors.
Anembo inlet plenum.
Full 3" turbo back exhaust.
3" decat downpipe.
Stage 3 intercooler.
Silicone boost hoses.
Block mod.
Rs clutch/flywheel.
Rs ECU holder
Rs spark plugs.
Rs coil packs.
GFB Rs adjustable heavy spring recirc valve. (Lovely turbo flutter on lift off)
Rs ECU conversion (done at sitech racing).

-Rs turbosmart actuator, (actuator fitted after being mapped at Sitech racing and setup conservatively, this can be setup correctly with another remap to suit boost parameters.-

All parts fitted with new gaskets/seals etc.


Recent new parts fitted include-

Battery.
Alternator.
Radiator.
Brake pads and discs x4.
Both front shock absorbers.
Both front wheel bearings.
Both front inner and outer tie rods.
Both rear track arms.


Previous owner had BD performance recondition engine at 116k including piston rings, all gaskets and seals, water pump and timing kit.


Ecu was converted to Rs and then Mapped as Rs stage 4. 440hp but Standard rs actuator was leaking psi. It made 386hp with proof (sitech racing). Now has Rs turbosmart actuator fitted so should allow for more power.

With upgraded actuator and remap to suit car should make around 400-440hp
