Swaps are a great idea and are based on trust. Discrepancies on value will usually always occur - It's worth remembering something is only worth what someone is willing to pay or Swap! So it's down to negotiation - if both parties like what the other has then just talk and meet somewhere in the middle - Respect, trust and getting the deal done is what's important.
