I emailed you a few times, but heard absolutely nothing from you. 3.67 out of 5 = you seriously have to be kidding. EVERYTHING was done EXACTLY as it should be. The fact that i gave you some low ratings as you deserved should not influence your rating for me. That is totally unfair!
