Swap history

I have messaged the other party three times since I accepted their proposal and provided my contact details and they are not responding to my messages nor have they provided their delivery details as per Swapz procedure. I have no choice but to withdraw, so that my listing can go live again and hopefully get productive deal with someone else. Very disappointing, time wasting and annoying user.
