User reply: Although paying £20 to you, you haven\'t replied to my emails about where the remote for the TV is. I\'ve been asking for a tracking number as it hasn\'t come in the post. If the TV remote doesn\'t show up I\'m going to start a dispute in PayPal for my money back as your not sticking to your end of the deal in theory.
