This was the worst swap imaginable, I swapped 3 BRAND NEW items & expected to get a BRAND NEW NIGHTIE instead of that I got something that could be described as a dishcloth, it was crumpled, stretched out of shape no way was it brand new yet you got my 3 brand new items. I'm not happy about it at all it almost put me off swapping. If you have any conscience you should send my items back to me and I will gladly send your item back.

I had to pay £1.17 extra for the postage as the parcel had been sent with just a second class stamp when it actually needed a lage letter stamp. The item wasnt protectively packaged so by the time it got to me the blusher was all broken up and not very useable. I am quite annoyed as i paid for the item that i sent to go first class and did not expect to have to pay more postage on the item i was receiving!

Happy with the item but had to pay a bit for postage as not enougth was paid , not really her fault due to the postoffice keeps changing the rules, i wouldnt have mentioned it but after telling her i never got a reply, would of like a sorry maybe, still very happy with the item and it was quick postage, swapper can be trusted as far a the item did come and was as discribed.

didn't reply to all my email's so i had to send quite a harsh email about my doubts in her, which then did hurry things up, but item did have a few stains on when it did arrive.
