MY WRONG DOING WAS NOT TO INFORM THE ABOVE USER OF THE SITUATION AS I DIDN'T HAVE THE INTERNET CONNECTION AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME. THE ABOVE USER DID RING ME ON MY LAND-LINE NUMBER AND I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. APART FROM THAT WE APOLOGISED TO ONE ANOTHER AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM.
