Then switches off phone answers ,couple of days later saying the swap wasn't what he wanted...he is polite on the phone and generally seems like he some relative of tim nice but dim who didn't intentionally waste your time and phone credit...in a nutshell unless your swapping a roll of toilet tissue and are prepared to wipe the plonkers arse for him don't bother......
