Very straightforward clear communication, fast responses and reasonable request for a photo ( I was offering a large item, household dryer, not worth transporting unless wanted) and then a direct swap by arranging and meeting up. I am happy with the description given of the item and accessories offered to me, ( a camcorder) and am look forward to using it shortly.
