What a CON MAN.
Goes to show that even when someone has good feedback they may still be worthless low life.
I trusted this swapper and he openly and without any thought of his actions conned me. I sent him three computer games, that he recieved and left me good feedback for, these games belonged to a six year old boy that was very excited and looking forward to going out and spending the money he was getting in return. He wanted sweets and comics, like any little boy.
This swapper claims to have sent out the postal order, and when it didnt arrive he said the post office back log was to blame. I phoned the post office SEVEN times of 2 weeks and everytime i was told which part of the country was clear of the back log until there was no back log left.
3 weeks after the swap he told me he has gotten someone else to send me a postal order, someone that lives closer to me. Still nothing a week later when it was sent first class from 10 minutes down the road.
When i asked him about it he claimed that he was the victim as he kept having to cancal postal oders in his own time and at his own expence ,as if it was my fault.
Then he started to ignore me. I stated that if he ignores me again i will take it that he is holding his hands up and saying that he is guilty of ripping me off. Still nothing even though he had been online every day.
With that i contacted the C.A.B who advised me to take him to a small claims court, they even phoned him three times, two no answers and one they were told he wasnt in.
I started proceedings, but gave up in the end.
I have given my son the money myself as i simply couldnt be doing with wasting another minute of my life on such a low life scumbag.
Though a friend of mine has asked for the address, he is a lorry driver and goes all around the country. He may call in and see if he can get the money owed to me.
Also if he replys to this with any lies and says anything i have written i untrue then i will put photos of our corrispondence in a swap simply tittle with his name...
So please be sure to check before swapping with him.
