Not particuarly happy with this swap. The description of the item sent to me was 'new in box', it wasn't new it was broken i was not made aware of this, and it was not sent in a box it was selotaped to the inside of an envelope, quite frankly ive been conned the bracelet looks like something out of a 20p machine it should of come in a plastic egg!, i clearly stated the item i was sending was in need of repair. not a happy bunny.
