User reply: You never recieved your item because it has obviously got lost in the post. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT. We did say to you earlier on today that you could have your film back or we would give you some of the money that we would get back from the claim that we have put in. But no you said to keep the film and keep the money. I'm sorry but that sounds to me as if you have already recieved it. Why would you want another sim card if you have some of the same up. You said that you have receipts for the sims well i have a receipt for sending this item. If this item had got lost then it would have been sent back to us as we have wrote our address on the back of the envelope. Because of what has happened we will now be sending everything recorded delivery where you will have to sign for it. Everyone else has got there swap from us apart from you so how can you call us thieves. Will never swap with again even tho you said that you would.

sorry but i do not deal with website addresses to swap for my items. They are cons. If it was an actual cd then i would swap but not when it is an actual website like this vista one. Thanx H
