I only received part of the swap due to it being sent in a supermarket plastic bag
User reply: THIS PACKAGE WAS NOT SENT IN A SUPERMARKET PLASTIC BAG, IT WAS DOUBLE WRAPPED IN A PLASTIC BAG AND THEN IN BROWN WRAPPING PAPER, OTHERWISE HOW WOULD THEY KNOW WHERE TO POST IT, I ONLY WROTE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE BROWN WRAPPING PAPER NOT ON THE PLASTIC BAG. I WROTE TO THE POST OFFICE AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS, BUT I STILL HAVEN\'T HEARD FROM THEM. I THINK YOU ARE VERY UNFAIR WITH YOUR RATING AS THE MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET, I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AGAIN ON MONDAY. |
