Swap history

The Iphone 5 that you brought to my house to swap for my watch is not working as it should do, the sound quality of outgoing calls are horrendous. We received our nano sim this morning and fitted in the Iphone, the first call made to our daughter was terrible, she could not hear us at all. I have tried over 10 different phones with all the same result. Also the battery life is terrible, Although we have a Timpson guarantee for the battery, I do not believe this is fair. According to the internet, the iphone fault is common and the handset needs replacing (which cannot be done, as the guarantee has expired, which you told me that it was still under warranty) I feel very unhappy, and I would like my watch back. I have tried to contact you via Swapz, Telephone and text message, but you have not answered me back, as of yet, 27/08/2014. When calling you, the call goes straight to message. Please conn=tact me ASAP, to return my watch and collect your iphone and Head Unit. Regards, Matthew
