Guy shows interest then doesn't get back to you an had a better offer

have withdrawn until contact by phone to confirm other party is still interested as not replied to me and has been online since i accepted the offer also my car is locked in my sons garage and need to collect it to do the swap and need to confirm with other party first to save a wasted journey to my sons
