Swap history

I asked the seller if this was HPI clear to which their reply was that this was all clear. After paying £9.95 I have found out that this has outstanding finance on the vehicle

After doing the HPI check on the vehicle, it was discovered that the vehicle has outstanding finance, and is actually owned by the finance company not the swapper!!

Sorry need more money on top for car... £1000. and we have a deal didn't realise how much BMW was worth can pick one up for £3500-4000
