Lied to me about posting at the same time as me; instead waited for my item to arrive before sending (and even then required much prompting before "finding the time" to send my item). Also, the phone was not complete, and well over a month later I've still not received everything. Rather than the empty promises and excuses I was originally getting in response to my messages, my questions are now being ignored - so I give up.
