I know that this person received this item as I have Royal mail evidence so I may contact the swapz site to have this person removed and prosecuted. I also work with the Dyfed Powys Police authority so they may assist in taking action to investigate this person for the offence of the 1967 theft act under the breach of the contract we entered. i have had no answer on phone calls, he gave me a fake tracking number a week ago. still not got my monito so i think i will be paying him a visit and take my monitor richard i dont think i am being unfair as I did send first!!!! its up to anyone else if they want to trust you cause 100% I dont!!!!
