another great swap with ken again was made to feel completely welcome at his house its the second swap with ken feels like ive known him years now will always trade with him and if my lucky numbers ever come up i will av one of his gordon guitars wich he makes himself ..as honest as ever and knows is stuff

swap was completed but on returning home and researching the guitars direct with fender usa I have discovered that neither are as described.The 1980,s fender stratocaster described by kenn as mint is in fact a 2003 squier made in china.More importantly the telecaster described by kenn as custom shop unplayed is a standard (non custom shop ) 2006 guitar (confirmed by fender usa )The values therefore are nowhere near the figures suggested by kenn but I didnt realise that until after swap was completed.I have offered to exchange back but kenn haas ignored this and I am now having to take him to the small claims court having been advised by my solicitor that this can be pursued under the trade descriptions act.
