User reply: i dont understand why i was given this rating i sent out when i said i would and book was as described , i dont know :o) couldnt send out before cos of bank hols sorry u felt this is what you had to give me.

recieved goods and once opened items were damaged spoke to person swapped with and agreed that must have happened in the post, item will be sent back , this was nobodies fault so maybe we can swap again in the future ria did as she said she would and sent item out quickly just a shame this happened thanks ria fab swapper . :o)
