Continental tyres comfort kit. This is supplied as standard with some very top end cars. The unit inflates tyres with compressor while filling tyres with continental tyre sealant. The sealant is 568mm or a pint to you and I. The advisory sticker on the unit says sealant is best by 11/2010 so I reckon it will be ok for now, but replacement sealant tubes are available for £15.99.
This unit also has a bright led light and is run off you 12v cigarette lighter.
