2005 vauxhall meriva 1.7cdti swap corsa d

hi here is my wifes meriva. we had the car a few months now & we have decide to down size because we dont make the use of the space .
we are willing to do a swap for a 5 dr corsa d ONLY .

its done 96k , mot till feb 14 & tax till feb 14 but that will have to get removed because its disability.

we had the clucth flywheel slave & anti roll bar links done last month & have got invoices to prove & the parts are still under warranty.

its very very very econimal being the highly sought after 1.7 ecotec cdti & only cost £130 a year to tax .

remote locking with dead locks
factory cd player
alarm immobiliser
alloy wheels
tinted windows

bad bits.....
general condition inside & out is really good but its got a small dent on pass side sill where it fell of a jack (previouse owner) .
small dink on pass side wing will pop out
alloy wheel have curbing
that is all .
