This is one of the Char-G range released in the 1980's. These cars were great as they were simple and very small for their time. Each different coloured Char-G worked on a different frequency meaning you could race them if your mate had a different coloured one. The other novel thing about this car is that once you'd ran the battery down, you would hold the car up against the handset for 60 seconds to give it another full charge, and be ready to go again!
I've owned this from new, it has had a fair amount of use but for its age is in great condition.
I've tested it out and it's still working as it should. Actually kind of made me want to keep it!!
Quite rare now!
