so here we go.

good points
1.8 8v
engine immobiliser
mot and taxed
54000 miles will go up as I use it. old mots to prove miles.
folder with receipts and old mots.
will come with gti wheels and they need a refurb. running on normal steel wheels.
dosent have power steering
good car to drive

bad points every car has them
some surface rust on body but that's it. everything else is solid. there is a rust hole on the drivers door the size of 10p.
it will require a new roof as it was the original roof and has shrunk at the sides as you can see from the pics.
drivers bolster needs recovered other than that the interior is fine.
bodywork could be doing with a re spray to freshen things up. I started to treat the surface rust and just sprayed with white spray paint until I can afford to repaint it I will be finishing it off just to tidy it up once I can get access to a garage again.
