Nissan Skyline R33 GTSt Type M - Upgraded

Keep circling on keeping this due to silly offers
My much enjoyed but barely used R33 up for swaps/PX/sale.
Important bits - Car has MOT till December 2016 and has a combined KMS/Mls of just 97,000 (going up slowly). Genuine manual and not been in the UK for too long (2007 ish). This is also a working sunroof model.

This vehicle is upgraded for daily/drift use, see below, but retains a full interior and its options - ABS Disabled but has ESR, EW (one touch driver), EFM, Climate Control, PS....etc. Serviced using Titan oil and iridium plugs with genuine - fuel and oil.

These cars are currently appreciating at steady rates with similar cars available for comparison. List mostly copied from when I purchased it.

The Good:
Car is running strong - has been dyno printed (with sheet) at 319 BHP at 7 PSI - Currently at 9/10 PSI so should be knocking on 350-360 BHP based on friends car with the same specification.
Clutch/gearbox and diff are great, with a nearly new steering pump.
Alignment done recently for street/drift use.
Car will light up and pull 5th in the wet/4th in the dry (and I'm no pro).
Strut tops and chassis in fantastic condition for age.
M bodykit and good brakes.
It even has its space saver and Japanese Bridgestone.

The Bad:
Obviously if you're looking at this you will understand drift car life, so...
Paintwork not perfect (Scratches etc but perfectly acceptable)
Coilovers not perfect but handle well
MAF needs a clean/replacement
The dash appears to have a loose wire (can occasionally glitch and drop speed sensor)
Some gauges only wired for lights as I'm not fiddling with electronics to complete including turbo timer
Some trim not so nice as it had stick-on stuff in the past and had been removed poorly

The Neutral:
One rear arch has minor rust the other has more. Could be repaired but would recommend tubbing (Haven't done as I prefer box arches and no-one else seems to like them)
Bodykit could do with attaching better in places - side skirt temped on after tyre hit it

I've probably missed a fair amount of things here, please remember to check your insurance as these are group 50 vehicles. Top speed based on my friends less powerful one is around 190 MPH (Good luck).

Based on the current market, of which I can find and send links, similar spec and condition cars are all up for £6,900 - £7900. These are from the last month alone.

Am interested in swaps for something of a much lesser value due to work commitments. Would prefer a cash sale but am interested in fiats 500's and kei cars with a value of 1-2,500 max, would be flexible on my prices for the right vehicle.
