Toyota celica spare or repaire

The car has been off the road for 12 months and I was let down by a mechanic who has been paid for the job and not done the work, so I'm forced to sell as I cannot afford to pay again. The bottom bearings have gone so I was told. The bottom has been taken off and Is with car but part not replaced. The rest of the car is fine 4x new tyers, good interior although needs a clean as it's been stood still 12 months. There is a scrape on front bumper and the breaks need freeing off.
This would make a great project or track day car for someone with the time to fix.
Im open to offers to buy or fix
