Description:
One of the finest engines ever produced the V12 6 litre by Mercedes Benz.
These came about after the SL60 AMG V8's which are not as smooth. Produces around 400BHP for an old 90's car was a lot of power back then in a comfortable grand tourer convertible.
The likes of Princes Diana also had one in the same colour as our SL which is another reason why I love this car. Whilst many call this the 2pac shape SL the R129 will no doubt be right up there in the history books to being a true collector car.
This vehicle has only had 4 previous keepers, she is not really for sale or swaps unless something very interesting comes a long or somebody falls in love with it n offers me something which I can't say no to then I suppose I may part company with it.
What makes this SL600 unique well plenty of things 1stly the amazing colour combination with the beige leather interior you cant find a better colour. Then we have the original AMG pack on this car as well as the period Oz 3 piece split rim AMG alloy wheels which cost around £4500 for a second hand set even now if your lucky to track them down. Making this SL600 a beauty.
She drives beautifully suspension is functional and rises up on a push of a button and lowers down slowly as well. The sport suspension also works at a switch of the button. Eveything works in the car from electric roof to electric centre rear view mirror, electric steering colomn and everything. The stereo is a period tape deck system with an ancient CD changer to match it in the boot. Personally I think it needs changing to something more up to date. And all of the wood in the car is in amazing condition also.
