Renault clio cup road legal track car

For sale is my road legal clio cup track car. It is a 172 with many upgrades such as 4 2 1 manifold, rs inlet manifold, 2.5" stainless steel straight through exhaust, front coilovers, cold air inlet, Omp bucket seats, short shift gears, removable deep dish steering wheel, new front ferodo brake pads, stud and nut kit just fitted, new front tyres, quick release bonnet etc.
I bought this car last year from a company called bro sport who specialise in track and race cars. The car has had a full top end rebuild when the rs inlet manifold was fitted. They did a lot of work to the engine but there's no receipts as they built it themselves from their garage. I've taken this into account with the price as did they when they sold it to me.
There are a few bad points as with most track cars.
There is a crack in the front left wing, the speedo has stopped working but just needs new wires, drivers door doesn't lock, lacker is peeling on roof slightly. I have posted pics of these.
Over all a cracking little track car. Handles like a go kart and sounds good too. I've recently had a silencer fitted to keep noise below 104db for most race tracks but can be removed and sounds sick without it.
MOT till January, v5 is lost as is the mot cert which is also taken into account with the pricing but this can be checked via government website.
