Seat Leon Cupra R

Hi im looking to swap for an astra GSI, i have my seat leon cupra R. Car is cutrently sat on AP coilovers, has a full cobra exhaust system turbo back, has a forge dump valve, few of the hoses under the bonnet have been changed to silocone, also has a BMC air filter, also been told its stage 1 remapped but have no proof of this but car pulls very well, also has airtec fmic, brand new 3 piece LUK clutch just fitted. Car does need some body work been quoted £500 including a wheel refurb to make it perfect, full SEAT service history up to 78k, bodywork problems are only few scuffs on front bumper, slight scuff on rear, drivers wing is riddled with rust but i do have a new wing (red one) to go on after painting.
