BMW 320d touring. wanting S13, S14

Up for swaps is my 2007 Manual BMW 320d touring (E91). The car has recently had an engine swap with an engine which covered 89k miles however the chassis has covered 186k miles (got receipt for engine) but theres no sign of rust. Shes great for someone who needs practicality and sensibility as well as being quick and a head turner. She has a couple mods however i have the originals, have the original wheels and sus. Its the business trim so get all the niceties like buttons on steering wheel, aux, Bluetooth handsfree, door handle courtesy lights etc.

Mods:
Klutch SLC1 wheels 18 x 8.5 with decent tyres
KW ST X coilovers
Remapped by protune to 210bhp with 300ft/lbs (averaging 40MPG)
Tints and sunstrip
US sidemarkers and virtual speedo
Decat and backbox delete exhaust
Msport back bumper

New bits:
Engine (m47) covered 89k miles
Turbo covered 40k
New battery bought 12/12/2017
Oil and coolant changed 5k miles ago
Clutch and DMF covered 5k miles
Uprated breather
Uprated induction pipe

Bad bits:
Some dumpling keyed the car

This was passed from my uncle to my father to me to as far as i know the receipt for all purchases are in the manual wallet. will take or give money in p/x.
