Down sides:
very few....

dent to rear door, very minor and could be fixed by one of these dent men.
rear window surround rubber has shrunk as they all do. doesn't effect anything but the look.
Its a 316 auto so not exactly a rocket ship but I nice cruiser.

I value this car at around £1200
