VW Type 3 fastback

I bought this towards the end of last year with the plan of fully restoring it properly. Since then work commitments have pretty much taken over my life so I'm looking to swap this for something with mot.. the type 3 has the usual problems with rot but these are extremely rare and will make and excellent vehicle for someone with a little more time and money than me. Good ones of this year are fetching between £6000 and £11000. It comes complete with lots of spares, the engine was tested by the previous owner and I have been told that with a little fuel and a battery it starts without too much of messing.

It will need the floor and heater channels welding as standard, rear vents sorting and front valence sorting. All the parts to finish it come with it including new (better) doors, front valence, boot lid, front wings are fibre glass rear wings are good.

I want to swap this for a VW with mot.That runs. I reckon the Fasty is worth around £1800 give or take so offers around that mark. I have a video of the can and its issues which I'd be happy to send to any interested parties via whatsApp

Ideally I would prefer a mk2 golf gti, something aircooled or a big engines Audi A8 but please try me. Delivery can be arranged if required at a cost..
