If you are looking at this scooter you will know how legendary the Runner 180SP's are. Lightning  quick acceleration with a top speed of nearly 90mph in stock form.
Having a bought a new one in 2000 and regrettably selling it too soon i decided to look for another one as a project last year. Having found one with low milage i decided to re-fresh the engine.
Here is a list of what has been done:
New Crank
New Piston and Rings
New oil seals throughout
New Water and oil pumps
New Variator
New Belt and Rollers
New Carb
New front brake caliper
All oil and petrol pipes replaced
New inlet rubbers
New inlet manifold and reeds
New exhaust heat shield
These are getting a bit scarce now and only going up in value.
