2006 VW GOLF GTI MK5

For sale is my 2006 MK5 Golf GTI in black. I bought this car in April as a "cheap" runabout to get me to work and back. Unfortunately, I was a little over enthusiastic of how economical it would be, so sadly, it needs to go to make way for a diesel.

When I bought the car I did spend some time looking for the right one that had plenty of life in it and hadn't been abused and sure enough, this little gem came up. Not only is it tidy for its age it also benefits from:

All four wheels professionally repainted (front passenger side wheel has just been kerbed today :( )

This car is absolutely mechanically sound, wants for nothing and will serve its new owner well and continue to want for nothing for a very long time. It is completely standard and passed its MOT with zero advisories. It pulls well in all gears with no Smoke, squeaks or other worrying noises.

As with all cars that are 10 years old it does have the odd age related mark, ding or blemish - but I'd give this car an 8/10 for its overall appearance and presentation as it has clearly had mature owners that cared for it adequately all of its life. I have pictured the worst marks to save you trying to knock money off when you come to view it as you "didn't see it in the listing." The headlights could also do with a good power polish and re-lacquer and the Air con could do with re-gassing too.
