VW Golf MK5 1.9 TDI Swap FOR 20V

he is wanting a swap for his 1.9tdi mk5 for a 20v mk4 or polo gti

car is in decent condition, had the front wings replaced and painted last year under vw 12 year paint warranty.
lowered 40mm on apex springs
full stainless turbo back exhaust by powerflow, not too loud, sounds wicked if you give it some boot.
rolling road live remap session it made 156bhp 260lbft, some going for a pd105 engine.
recently serviced, 2 new tyres and 2 about 6 months old.
2 new rear wheel bearings,
2 cv boots and drop links at front not long ago
new wipers all round
HID lights up front
pressed plates
alpine double DIN bluetooth, usb, aux, cd player

OS corner of rear bumper has a small scrape but cant see it being a big job to sort out for a reputable bodyshop/smart repairer.
