Here is my mk4 golf milage is at 129k will go up as daily use.
Mods are:
18"alloys
Twin indicator head lights
Gti spoiler
Recaro cloth seats
On coilovers front and rear
15mm spacers on the front
Vibe door speakers
Scorpion cat back exhaust
K ń air filter
Gti bumpers front and rear
About the car...
Iv had the car for 2 years in this time the work been done are as follows.
Cambelt kit
Bottom arms
Disk and pads all round
Coolant pipe and flush
Rack ends and inner rack ends
Shocks on the back
New front coilovers on the front have new rear to go on but nothing wrong with rears.
Loads more no proof as been done by myself
Have loads of paper work from previous owners such as gear box tyres and more
Good bit's about the car...
It goes really well for a 1.6
Never let me down mechanicly
No knocks or bangs
Exuast sound amazing it pops and bangs and very loud gets loads off attention
Down sides.
Since the cold and damp weather on cold start up it has a intermittent miss fire but when worm runs spot on this could be due to a split in air intake pipe cheap fix
Also has idle issue also when cold but fine when worm there are no fault codes in the system so tells me that the throttle body needs cleaning up as I don't do many miles in it at all
And it dose burn a bit of oil
Mot is due at the end of Feb all it will need is rear tyres.
